Luna was marked for ‘rescue only’ at the shelter because of aggression. Like many dogs that suddenly end up in a shelter in a split second, Luna was not handling the stress of shelter life very well. She was loosing weight and seriously unhappy. We kept a close eye on her Facebook post, hoping a rescue near her would come to her aid. But for one reason or another that didn’t happen for Luna. We knew we just couldn’t leave her there and we needed to see who she truly was outside of that environment.
